This is the newest cookbook from Morten Heiberg. It was released in November 2007.
The book contains 50 recipes on food from Japan, China, Vietnam, Thailand and Korea where Morten have been traveling a lot for the last 3 years.
All recipes are easy to make, and ingredients are easy to find in supermarkets all over Japan and Denmark...

Morten Heiberg and Lars Hjortshøj released this cookbook in 2006. The book is specially made for men, who want to cook.
Lars Hjortshøj is the most no. 1 and the most famous comedian in Denmark. Lars is making TV, movies, talk-shows and books. Lars Hjortshøj is the Danish David Lettermann.
Morten and Lars, who privately are close friends, have been together in the kitchen, and made some of their best recipes, wrote them down, and out of that came this cookbook, who is rated as one of the best cookbooks in Denmark in 2006.
The book shows how easy and funny it is to cook, and how easy it it to make tasty and delicious food.

The book deals with easy-to-make recipes for kids and parents who want to help...
The book have sold more than 30.000 copies in Denmark.

ChokoladeFristelser came out in November 2004.

Is is a very easy going, simple, but new and interesting cookbook with chocolate recipes.
The book has in the first week sold more than 5.000 copies only in Denmark.

Morten´s third book was released in October 2002.
It´s a fast, easy cookbook for home cooking.
The book is made for the private home-gourmets, who wants to make food themselves, but do not have 3 hours every day to do so.
The book is allready one of the best selling cookbooks in Denmark.

Heibergs Chokolade.

The book was published in the autumn of 2000. It is a cookbook with recipes for ice cream, cakes, tarts, assorted chocolates and pralines, desserts served on a plate, etc.
Besides more than fifty recipes, the book contains a lot of information on the history and mystique of chocolate.

The book offers many dos and don’ts as well as a lot of inspiration.
When the book was published it received critical acclaim from many of the big newspapers as one of the best in its genre in Denmark.
